Content on this site is provided for general information about our services. Typical price ranges shown are based on our own regional project records and are provided to help you plan; they are not binding offers, and every job is governed by the specific written estimate you approve.
Estimates and Work Orders
All work is performed under a flat-rate quote approved before work begins. The approved quote, not website ranges or verbal remarks, defines the price of the job. Emergency stabilization is quoted the same way at the earliest safe opportunity during the visit.
Scheduling and Access
Arrival windows reflect road conditions and call volume honestly. You agree to provide safe access to the equipment and utility spaces involved. Where access, fuel type, or site conditions differ materially from what the estimate assumed, we will re-quote before proceeding.
Permits and Code
Work that requires a permit under applicable Maryland or county rules will be permitted and inspected. We do not perform unpermitted work where a permit is required.
Warranty and Liability
Workmanship carries the warranty stated on your work order. Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the website itself is limited to the content's accuracy as of its publication date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
